The BirthPlus Antenatal Course
This is our ever-popular course attracting first time parents-to-be from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Paddock Wood, Crowborough and now Hildenborough and Sevenoaks as well as the surrounding areas. Each group is limited to a maximum of ten couples who are all expecting within a few weeks of one another.
Early booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.
The BirthPlus course is structured into 3 taught evening sessions to include: 
- Choices in Childbirth & Preparation for Birth
- What to expect in Labour & Choosing Pain Control
- Breastfeeding your baby & the Newborn’s early days
A few weeks after the babies are born Birthplus hosts a Reunion. This is a chance to meet with your classmates in a friendly social environment, share your experiences and show off your new arrival!
The complete BirthPlus Course is only £145.00 per couple for the signature course.
