BirthPlus Course Booking Terms and Conditions
When you apply to join a BirthPlus antenatal course or hire a tens machine we will ask you to complete a booking form and will ask you to sign it. Please read the booking form carefully so that you understand the terms of booking and paying for a BirthPlus course or hiring a tens machine. There are alternative methods of payment but some incur an administration charge which is clearly marked on the booking form. There is no administration charge for bacs or cash payments. We strongly advise that you not to send cash in the post.
Receipt of your course booking will be confirmed by email. Payment must be made and cleared before the first day of the month preceding the course start date, to ensure the security of your booking.
To comply with legislation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, there is a cooling off period of 14 days from the date you submit your booking during which you may cancel your booking and no fee will be incurred.
After this time any cancellation will not be refundable, and the full course fee will be payable. After fourteen days from the booking date, in any event that you are unable to attend the course or part of the course BirthPlus will not be liable to refund all or part of the course fee.
